Best experience I have had with any self storage facility. Their pricing is fair, their customer service was great, especially by Laura, and they actually put some thought into designing their storage buildings to make access much easier. Most other facilities only provide a single house sized entry door to access the storage units inside. This means struggling to get large furniture and other large items past this ridiculously small door first. FreeUP Storage designed their buildings to offer an additional dock sized access door that makes access a breeze with large items and even small ones where you don't need to continually open the small door each time your arms are full. I would never use any storage facility again other than FreeUP Storage.“
