Frequently Asked Questions
What security features are provided by your facility?
Our storage facilities are fenced-in and well-lit to create a secure storage environment. Entry points are protected by coded gates so only authorized personnel can have access, and many facilities have 24/7 video monitoring for additional security.
What storage options are available?
Our locations offer various storage unit types, including climate-controlled storage units and covered/uncovered parking spaces suitable for RVs, cars, boats, and other vehicles. For more details on our units, visit our self storage size guide.
Is there a requirement for long-term storage?
Enjoy flexibility with our month-to-month storage lease options. You can store with us for either short or long-term periods, and if you ever decide you need to upsize, downsize, or cancel your unit, you won't have to wait long to make a change.
How can I make payments for my storage bill?
You can conveniently pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. Additionally, inquire with your facility manager about setting up automatic payments so you'll never need to worry about keeping up on your payments.

What documentation is necessary to rent a unit?
You will need a valid government-issued ID such as a driver's license, passport, or state ID to rent a unit. All renters must be over the age of 18 to secure a unit rental.
Are there any restrictions on items I can store?
Items not allowed for storage include perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids. Additionally, remember that you cannot stay in your unit overnight. We'd love for you to store your bed set, but your unit can't become a new bedroom.
How do I begin the storage process?
Get started within minutes when you reserve your unit online. Alternatively, visit our office during business hours, and we'll give you a tour of our self storage units, explaining everything you need to know about our facility's features, amenities, and supplies along the way.
Do I need to bring my own lock?
We recommend that all of our customers invest in a sturdy lock to give their units the highest level of protection. Disc locks are the most popular and effective options, so ask your local facility manager if they have locks available for purchase on-site.
