Frequently Asked Questions

What security features are provided by your facility?

Our storage facilities are fenced-in and well-lit to create a secure storage environment. Entry points are protected by coded gates so only authorized personnel can have access, and many facilities have 24/7 video monitoring for additional security.

What storage options are available?

Our locations offer various storage unit types, including climate-controlled storage units and covered/uncovered parking spaces suitable for RVs, cars, boats, and other vehicles. For more details on our units, use our 24/7 Chat feature, visit our facility location webpage, or review our self-storage size guide.

Is there a requirement for long-term storage?

Enjoy flexibility with our month-to-month storage lease options. You can store with us for either short or long-term periods, and if you ever decide you need to upsize, downsize, or cancel your unit, you won't have to wait long to make a change.

How can I make payments for my storage bill?

You can conveniently pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. Additionally, inquire with your facility manager about setting up automatic payments, so you'll never need to worry about late fees. Our auto-pay feature is free and will help you stay current on your payments.

Are there any restrictions on items I can store?

Items not allowed for storage include perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids. Additionally, remember that you cannot stay in your unit overnight. We'd love for you to store your bed set, but your unit can't become a new bedroom.
