Hello there,
Sorry for the delay with sending my experience with getting signed up with FreeUp Storage!
So I went in a few days before to look at the 10×20 unit and get some info on renting.
I went over to Extra Space Storage to look at thier units and something told me to go back to get a little more feel about FreeUp Storage.
So I went back a few days later and the lady on the screen popped up.
She greeted me and after talking about the unit and the cost, she told me the price to move in! We talked a bit more as I shared with her how very unhappy I was with Public Storage and how I was tired of paying $441.50 after being there for over 8 years, they keep increasing my rent and the hours we're from 6am til 5pm Mom- Friday!
Then she said " wait a minute " did something on the computer then told me the prorated price of $49.00 if I moved in that day! I was floored . The lady I'm talking about is Mrs. Janice! She was soo professional, nice, smiling and gave me that feel I was looking for in my choice of the storage i would be comfortable moving to.
She was great! Very knowledgeable about the storage and I soo appreciate her for the personality and honesty she showed me the whole time I was there.
If she was there on the first time I went to FreeUp Storage, I would've signed up then but I'm sure glad I listened to my first mind on going back around to FreeUp Storage
