Laura recently took over as the property manager and I’m so glad she did. I explained my situation to her and she was so understanding while also explaining company policy to me. Every interaction I have had with her has been pleasant. She even brought my 1 year old and I cold water one morning when we were at our unit. The facility itself is spotless. There aren’t any weird smells or pieces of broken glass/trash on the ground. It’s nice and quiet.
