I would like to thank John for his kindness and professionalism, which he extended to me during my U-Haul rental pick-up today.
At the time of my pickup, the location had rented out all appliance dollies. I was hesitant on switching to a smaller dolly but thankfully, I didn't have to settle. John took the initiative and located & reserved what I needed with a partner store. Even though I had to make an extra trip, I felt that option was much better than my previous choice.
